Great location for skiing. the shuttle bus was really convenient, and the rooms had plenty of space for our gear. the sauna and relaxation area was a nice perk, never crowded. the meals were delicious, and there were plenty of activities in the area to keep us entertained.
The service was unprofessional and lacking warmth. We didn't feel very welcome.

Great for Skiing and Relaxing
I recently spent New Year's at a family-run hotel in Brunico and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect for skiing at Kronplatz. The free shuttle service made transportation to and from the ski lifts a breeze. The rooms were also generously sized, making it easy to store and dry all of our skiing gear. the sauna and relaxation area were never overcrowded, providing a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes.
Honestly, the only downside to my stay was having to leave! This hotel provided a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming atmosphere, with great food provided by their chef.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was really good, and the hotel facilities were great. The location of the hotel was superb, especially for those looking to ski at Kronplatz. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options.
Nothing all excellent.
